The Communities My Father Built.
Three custom-home communities. Three decades. The Lake County corridor I have worked since I was old enough to walk a job site.
This page is not a marketing piece. It is the record of three Lake County, Florida communities developed or built by my father Robert Checho’s companies, the verified market data on each as of May 1, 2026, and the broker context I bring to transactions inside them.
I am Chase Checho, broker/owner of Chase Aaron Real Estate (license BK3447990). My father, Robert Checho, has worked the Clermont, Montverde, and broader Lake County build market across three companies: Baybrook, Ebbtide Construction & Development Inc., and his current company Aaron Construction & Development LLC. The three communities below trace to that work directly.
Three Communities. Three Calibrations.
Arrowtree Reserve
A custom-home community on 1- to 3-acre lots in the Clermont equestrian corridor. Developed by Ebbtide Construction in the early-to-mid 2000s. 6 sales · median $705,000 · trailing 12 months.
Magnolia Terrace
A boutique custom-home community in Montverde, in the corridor that today carries Bella Collina. Developed by Ebbtide Construction in 2002–2004. 4 sales · median ~$755,000 · trailing 12 months.
Wolfhead Ridge
Active new-construction custom estates in the Clermont area. Aaron Construction has built several homes inside the community and completed a major addition on another. Recent sale: $1,525,000 · 2.71 acres · 2025 build.

The Family Build Chronology
Baybrook (early)
The earliest entity Robert was associated with. Foundation of the build practice that followed.
Ebbtide Construction & Development Inc. (early-to-mid 2000s)
The peak development era. Ebbtide developed Arrowtree Reserve (Phase I and Phase II) and Magnolia Terrace (Phase 1 and Phase 2). The pattern was consistent: boutique custom-lot communities in the Clermont/Montverde corridor, larger-than-production lots, buyer-customized homes, no production-builder uniformity.
Aaron Construction & Development LLC (current)
The current company. Continues custom new-construction work today, primarily in Wolfhead Ridge and adjacent Clermont submarkets. Aaron Construction operates independently from Chase Aaron Real Estate — they share a family relationship and brand-name overlap but are separate legal entities and separate businesses.
Why This Matters at the Transaction Table
Custom communities require more pre-listing prep than spec subdivisions because every home tells a different story. Marketing has to make that story visible to the right buyer, and the comp set requires real broker analysis, not a spreadsheet pull.
For sellers in any of these three communities, my pre-listing playbook leans on direct knowledge of the build chronology, the deed history, and the comparable-sales context. For buyers, the same knowledge translates into specific build-quality assessment that helps you evaluate what is actually behind the walls of any specific home.
For Aaron Construction-built homes specifically, the family connection is disclosed transparently in every transaction. I do not own Aaron Construction; I am not paid by Aaron Construction; I represent buyers and sellers as a licensed Florida broker independently. The family connection is a context advantage at the negotiation table, not a financial relationship.
